P. Abhiram Kumar

Hi! I am an undergraduate student pursuing my bachelor’s in computer science and engineering at Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham, India.

I have been a member of the Indian security research & CTF team, bi0s since 2017 and am also the current co-captain of the team.

My core area of focus is in the field of Digital Forensics. I have been working in this field for the last 3 years.

My work in DFIR made me participate in the DFRWS IoT Forensics challenge 2018 where I, along with a few teammates authored the challenge report which went to be ranked among the Top 5 submissions in the world.

I am also a member of the core organising team of InCTFi, InCTF Nationals & InCTF Junior. InCTF Nationals & InCTF junior are the first and also the largest CTF competitions in India for students of college and school respectively.

My love for open source in DFIR led me to develop and publish MemLabs - Educational CTF-styled labs to learn memory forensics. The labs are completely hands-on & try to teach memory forensics from the very basics. The labs have over 500 stars on GitHub.

I plan to use this blog to publish my future work in DFIR. Some of my older blog posts are at
